Last week saw St. Malachy's Primary School going all out to celebrate science week with various experiments andinteractive presentations. Primary 3 children designed rockets and propelled them along a zip line with balloon power. Later in the week Primary 3 children also had the opportunity to find themselves inside a bubble with the use of the bubble maker. Primary 6 made a range of healthy fruit smoothies and Primary 7 used a heart rate monitor app on the iPads to determine which types of exercise raised the pulse the most.
